It’s hard to say because I can’t see the full URL you are directing us to VIA tinyurl. I also doubt your anxiously awaiting this reply 9 months later. For anyone else who stumbles upon this, the kml file can be called by:

“maps:q=http://my-kml-example.com/234234.kml”
or dynamically
“maps:q=http://something.com/make-kml.php?map=234234″

If you are generating it dynamically, don’t forget the XML header.

with http://tinyurl.com/33mgth it works.
with http://tinyurl.com/68vptq not. (my own creation)

what am I doing wrong?

seems there is a 100 point limit
any chance to remove that?

Is there a limit to the number of points you can display on the map ?
