Yahoo! Autos Feedback Center
Yahoo! Autos is one of my favorite parts of Yahoo for obvious reasons, but they also are a great place for embracing new ideas. Feedback Center was one idea that they quietly released. It solicits feedback from customers who can then vote in a “digg” like system. It’s an awesome place to report problems or make suggestions that go directly to the people working on Autos. I really like this more personal and direct approach to customer service.
