Today’s missing Mac Mini update
So Apple, has done nothing with my missing Mac since the 28th. On the 28th, they put in a request to have a new one sent to me, but nothing has happened since.

So since last Monday, I’ve been told nearly every day that someone from Apple will be calling you. First it was within 3 business days, then it was “surely tomorrow” they will call you. Now it is, just I’m sure they are going to call you.

Should Apple be e-tailing?
I’m still waiting on my Mac Mini, and I’m wondering should Apple even be in the business of selling their own products. Compared to companies like Amazon or Dell, their handling of my case is horrific.
